Dear Trade Stand Holder
Please find the trade stand booking form in the 'Forms' section of the website.
Should you wish to book space will you please complete the form with payment. As in 2022 the Trades Stands will be positioned on the balcony. You may already attend other shows who have their stands on the balcony so may have a preference as to where you would like to be located, If you do please let me know and if possible include a rough sketch and we will try to follow your request . We will do our best to position it in or as near to your preferred area as possible. However this is always made more difficult by trade stands who have visited the Show at Stafford a week earlier and have remained in place for the week but we always endeavour to locate your stand in or as near your preferred space as possible.
You may submit the booking form as early as you wish, in fact sending in your booking early will make the administration task far easier and the likelihood of you having your preferred position is increased.
Please note the following:-
All stands must be in position before 5pm Friday evening 30 March, the day before the show
Only goods as detailed on the booking form will be allowed to be sold on the stand
All Trades Stand holders must send me a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessment.
Will you please empty the dustbin you have been using before leaving the hall on setting up day.
BINGLEY HALL STIPULATES THAT NO VEHICLES WHATSOEVER WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE HALL ON SATURDAY MORNING, THE DAY OF THE SHOW
